＊1：For commercially available tubes, some of them may not withstand the centrifugation at the maximum rotational speed. Conducting a preliminary experiment is highly recommended before the centrifugation with the actual sample. The preliminary experiment means to centrifuge the tube filled with water at the maximum rotational speed and check if there is any abnormality on the tube.
※When using commercially available tubes and/or bottles, perform centrifugations under the allowable speed or allowable RCF specified by their manufacturer. Otherwise, the tubes and/or bottles may be damaged during centrifugations.
