＊1：In case the weight of contents in the bucket exceeds 340g, decrease the speed according to the instruction manual.

＊2：For commercially available plates, some of them may not withstand the centrifugation at the maximum rotational speed. Conducting a preliminary experiment is highly recommended before the centrifugation with the actual sample. The preliminary experiment means to centrifuge the pate filled with water at the maximum rotational speed and check if there is any abnormality on the plate.

※When using commercially available plates, perform centrifugations under the allowable speed or allowable RCF specified by their manufacturer. Otherwise, the plates may be damaged during centrifugations.
